Salary: $40.03 flat rate per hour.

We take pride in delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a skid steer loader safely and efficiently in various environments.

Perform site preparation, material handling, and excavation tasks.

Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on machinery.

Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.

Work collaboratively with other team members and site personnel.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any equipment issues.

Requirements:

Valid skid steer operator certification and relevant licenses.

Proven experience operating a skid steer in a professional setting.

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.

Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour when required.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

White Card and any additional industry-related tickets are highly regarded.
