Group Brand Manager

In this role, you’ll manage a dynamic marketing team and collaborate with external agencies, including PR firms, designers, photographers, and content creators. You'll be the brand champion, ensuring each venue maintains a unique identity while aligning with the company’s overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire an in-house marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- Oversee external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality execution of PR, digital marketing, and creative assets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Push creative boundaries to develop campaigns that stand out and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide structured reporting on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or a related industry.
- Proven success in brand strategy, digital campaigns, and data-driven marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness and sales, particularly in the hospitality sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data to inform marketing decisions and CRM strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
