We're seeking a Head Chef or Sous Chef to lead our client's vibrant country pub restaurant in a popular NSW tourist destination. You'll have full autonomy to create menus, manage a team of 8, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Creative & Organized: Ability to innovate new dishes while maintaining organisation in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Love for Local & Tourists: Passion for working with and serving both loyal locals and visitors from all over
