About the Position

Lumia Care is inviting applications for a dynamic, motivated Registered Nurse to join our Queensland Business Development team. The role will play a pivotal role in expanding Lumia Care’s presence and acquiring new Clients in the Gold Coast.

The Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for growing Lumia Care’s Client base, building relationships with other healthcare professionals, attending industry events, networking and managing a caseload of Home Care Package Clients. They will also be a lead person in managing Hospital in the Home contracts.

Attributes for a successful candidate:

  • 3 years post graduate nursing experience.
  • Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident, friendly, empathetic and works well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
  • Full driving licence

Desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of Aged Care funding pathways.
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Experience in case management.
  • Experience in business development and growth initiatives.
