The Company:

The Role:
As a true hunter, you will own and drive business growth, leveraging your deep industry connections to open new doors and secure major deals. You will engage directly with architects, builders, contractors, and specifiers, providing innovative solutions to meet their project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage your extensive network of architects, builders, and contractors to establish key partnerships.
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy focused on rapid expansion.
- Present and sell technical solutions, positioning the company as the go-to provider.
- Build long-term relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven sales hunter with a track record of smashing targets in the construction industry.
- An extensive network of architects, builders, and contractors, with the ability to leverage these connections immediately.
- Deep understanding of concrete products or building materials, with the ability to deliver technical solutions.
- Unstoppable energy, drive, and resilience – you thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
