The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Your focus will be on developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the fresh produce industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Promote our range of high-quality punnets and packaging solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fresh produce, packaging, or FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
