About the Role:
Our client is one of Australia’s most well-known property owners who are looking for driven Facilities Manager to look after one of Sydney’s most prestigious premium-grade commercial assets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of building services, HVAC, fire, electrical, hydraulics, and security.
• Assist with contractor supervision, ensuring service delivery meets expectations. Act as a key tenant liaison, ensuring strong relationships and quick issue resolution.
• Work within the Building Management System (BMS) to oversee asset performance.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting.
  Monitor and report on maintenance work orders and building compliance.
  Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless experience for tenants.

Requirements:

• 2 + years experience in Facilities Management of retail or commercial assets, ideally landlord side.
• Understanding of building services, maintenance contracts, and compliance.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and be flexible when required.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
