We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators with expertise in corrugating, converting, and printing for roles with a leading fibre packaging company in Jandakot. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery to ensure high-quality production output while meeting industry standards.

What's on Offer

• Immediate starts for the right applicant
• Monday - Friday 35 hours per week
• Day and Afternoon shift on offer from 7am and 3pm
• Pay rates from $46.90 on day shift, and $56.28 on afternoon shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corrugating, converting, and printing machines efficiently
• Set up and adjust printing equipment to achieve high-quality print results on packaging materials
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or quality issues during operation
• Follow health & safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
• Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a corrugating, converting, or printing role within packaging manufacturing
• Knowledge of flexographic or digital printing processes is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications, print layouts, and machine settings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
