Solution Architect – Enterprise Applications – Airline

Join a high-profile transformation program modernizing critical enterprise applications for a leading airline. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement complex solutions at scale, with an initial focus on crafting a
Salesforce-based solution to replace a legacy system. Beyond this, you will contribute to broader technology-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in two key phases of this engagement:

Phase 1: Salesforce Solution Implementation (First 6 Months)

• Lead the design and implementation of a Salesforce-based solution to replace a legacy system.
• Oversee data migration, API integrations, and system interoperability with existing platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align the solution with business objectives and technical standards.

Phase 2: Enterprise Technology Initiatives

• Work on a range of technology-based initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business goals and enterprise architecture principles.
• Contribute to the modernization of core enterprise applications, improving efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Engage in customer experience improvements through automation, self-service, and enhanced digital capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a broad background in complex enterprise-level application solutions and a strong track record of delivering high-impact transformation projects.

Core Skills & Attributes:

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise application design and modernization.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a complex enterprise setting.
• Demonstrated ability to validate and integrate third-party solutions.
• Background in software engineering, cloud technologies, or data architecture is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Airline or aviation experience would be highly beneficial!
