About the Role
Our client are a global property group that develops and manages industrial real estate and facilities around the world, with a commitment and focus to sustainability and innovation. Due to continual growth and expansion into new development areas, their people-first P&C Team are now seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manger to establish and lead their internal recruitment function in Australia.

Within this newly created role, you will bring your best practice processes to build TA frameworks and strategies from the ground up, whilst partnering closely with leadership to deliver critical talent across the business.

You will be working on high-profile projects spanning across the construction, property development, and engineering disciplines, with an immediate focus on data centres, bringing in your knowledge and networks of the industry across key responsibilities including;

  • Establish and lead the Talent Acquisition function, delivering a proactive, strategic and best-in-class recruitment service
  • Partnering with hiring managers, HR, and senior leaders to understand workforce planning needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Maintain and develop talent pipelines and employer branding strategies
  • Drive a positive candidate experience and ensure alignment with company values & culture
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
  • Implement and manage recruitment systems, processes and reporting, analysing marketing trends

About You
To be considered for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, you will possess;

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with in-house recruitment leadership exposure
  • Strong understanding of talent markets within construction, engineering, property and data centres
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS
  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast paced, project driven environment
