Are you an experienced banking professional with strong client support and administrative skills? Mars Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial institution seeking a Client Support Officer to join their Corporate Banking department.

This organisation is part of one of the largest financial groups in the world, providing corporate and investment banking services across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in supporting client relationships, assisting with deal execution, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. You'll work closely with relationship managers and internal teams to facilitate transactions, maintain client records, and handle KYC requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and liaise with internal departments to ensure compliance.
• Maintain deposit databases, send pricing updates, and manage client instructions.
• Support documentation, liaise with legal teams, and coordinate conditions precedent for financial transactions.
• Update client records, signatory lists, and product registers, ensuring accurate data maintenance.
• Assist with presentations, annual account planning, ESG reviews, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated operational experience in the corporate banking/financial services industry
• Experience with KYC, client onboarding, and deal execution processes.
• Understanding of facility documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
