We’re looking for a Transport Administrator to support a busy logistics team. This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing schedules, and keeping accurate records to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll be working closely with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep things on track. This is a Monday to Friday, day shift role (10am–6pm), offering stability and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate transport deliveries
• Communicate with drivers and suppliers to sort out any issues
• Keep records up to date, including invoices and delivery details
• Track shipments and provide updates as needed
• Assist with general admin tasks and reporting
• Ensure processes meet company and transport regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in transport administration, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
