Warehouse Administrator – Leading 3PL Warehouse
Location: Dandenong South
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About You:

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
✔ Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
✔ Experience in warehouse administration or working with spreadsheets and emails
✔ Familiarity with Paperless or similar warehouse management systems

Your Role:

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Releasing orders
🔹 Overseeing receiving and dispatch processes for same day orders
🔹 Reviewing and managing Replenishment Reports to allocate stock for picking
🔹 Coordinating with transport companies and raising consignment notes
