Your Role:

• Take charge of the end-to-end claims management process for domestic property claims,
• Deliver exceptional customer service across verbal and written interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and legislation to stay ahead in the field.
• Build and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in handling property claims is desirable, but we are also open to those with transferable skills.
• A strong willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed are essential.
• A customer-centric approach with integrity and empathy at the heart of everything you do.
• Confidence in decision-making, while actively listening and guiding stakeholders through the claims process.
