Active Warehouse is a reputable discount & variety retail business that operates Monday - Saturday in Fairfield & Liverpool. We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to manage our store in Liverpool area.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role highly preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using retail management systems highly preferred
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience for all customers
• Supervisor up to 4 staffs
• Small ad-hoc tasks as directed.
