The Role
In this casual position, you'll be a key member of our warehouse team with flexible working hours . Your responsibilities include:

• Order Fulfilment: Picking and packing orders for both commercial and e-commerce channels.
• Delivery Preparation: Ensuring orders are securely and accurately prepared for delivery.
• Warehouse Organisation: Keeping stock neatly ordered and the warehouse clean.
• Equipment Operation: Using handheld picking scanners and other equipment, including a walk-behind forklift when required.
• Receiving Deliveries: Accepting deliveries from suppliers and promptly reporting any variances.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, order fulfilment, or a similar role is preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy and bulky items (up to approximately 20 kg) and to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• Communication: Strong listening skills, effective problem-solving, and clear communication.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills with familiarity in inventory management systems is a plus.
• Team Spirit: A proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork.

Working Hours & Pay Rate

• Hours: Casual, with flexible working hours (8am–3pm) – subject to advance communication.
• Pay Rate: $28–32 per hour.
