The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their Northern Beaches showroom. This role involves overseeing the entire design process, from initial client consultations to final presentations, ensuring each project is executed with creativity and precision. As a senior member of the team, you will take the lead on interior design projects, provide expert guidance, and support showroom Design Consultants in delivering exceptional service. A key focus will be driving innovative concepts while maintaining a deep understanding of design trends and furniture styles.

Skills and Experience
With at least three years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will have a formal qualification in Interior Design and a strong ability to meet sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a professional presentation and keen attention to detail. Availability to work five days per week, including one weekend day, is required to ensure seamless client engagement and project management.
