About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at Cosmetic Beauty and Laser as a Senior Beauty Therapist/Laser Technician. In a full-time, part-time or casual role working within our Monday 9-6, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-8 and Friday 9-6 trading hours, you will be based in our modern clinic located in St Clair, NSW. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality beauty and laser treatments to our valued clients, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of beauty treatments including Brow Design, Lash Design, Skin Treatments, Body Treatments, Spray Tan and Laser Hair Removal
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the best treatment options for their individual needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and treatments
• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records
• Ensuring the clinic's equipment and facilities are well-maintained and adhering to all health and safety standards
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new treatment offerings
• Achieving salon targets

What we're looking for

• You enjoy educating yourself in skin biology, technologies, treatments, products and personal development
• You see the importance of making sure your clients are on a quality home care regime as well as ongoing treatments in order to achieve the best results
• You have excellent client care and customer service skills
• You are motivated, committed and driven to achieving positive outcomes and sales targets
• You're confident and have a can-do attitude
• You're reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
• You are a qualified Beauty Therapist with at least 1 year of experience as a beauty/laser technician
• Experience in Skin Needling (or the willingness to learn)
• Certificate in Candela Laser Hair Removal a huge advantage, but not required
• Knowledge in Sothys, O Cosmedics, would be an advantage but not essential as extensive in-house training, as well as training at Product headquarters is continually provided to all team members

• LPG Endermologie certified is a huge advantage, but not required.
