As Hydraulic Hose Division - Team Member at BOA Hydraulics, you will be responsible for overseeing the hose assembly, warehouse and customer service operations, focusing on continuous development and network expansion.

The role is to provide excellent operational services and support for our hose assembly and distribution center. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.

Key functions will include:

• Hose assembly and testing
• Warehousing Duties: Manage stock, dispatch, and receiving processes.
• Customer service support

About the role:

• Hose Assembly and Testing: Ensure on-time, defect-free manufacturing and testing of goods, meeting customer specifications and SLAs
• Warehouse Operations and Logistics: Manage inbound and outbound processes, including advising on shipments, inspecting goods, ensuring accurate dispatch, conducting stocktakes, and tracking BOApods while maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Customer Service: Manage customer call-in enquiries
• BOApod/Equipment Service Support: Manage repairs, service stock, and records, providing customer feedback, and driving product improvements and cost reductions.
• Relationship Management: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Meetings and Reporting: Attend daily WIP meetings and provide accurate progress reports.
• Health and Safety: Comply with OHS policies.
• Quality Management System: Support and improve the Quality Management System.
  

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot failures or challenges over the phone as far as possible
• Extensive understanding of warehouse functions
• Incline to technical products/production (hands on)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Demonstrate accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Commitment to company values and continuous improvement.
• Certificate of Education or equivalent
• Forklift certification preferred
• 2 years + proven experience in warehousing
