The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Telehealth team in a casual, remote role that offers both flexibility and impact. You’ll play a key role in connecting with patients via phone and video consultations, conducting thoughtful assessments, and co-creating personalized treatment plans that prioritize their wellbeing. Whether you’re guiding patients through their medicinal cannabis journey or collaborating with their primary care team, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide seamless, high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct engaging Telehealth consultations, from initial screenings to ongoing treatment reviews.
• Partner with patients to set meaningful health goals and tailor care plans to their unique needs.
• Explain medicinal cannabis options with clarity and empathy, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with our clinical team and patients’ existing healthcare providers for a truly integrated approach.
• Keep detailed, accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration (Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse).
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust with patients.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in patient assessments or care planning is a plus, but not essential.
• Curiosity about medicinal cannabis and a passion for patient-centered care (prior knowledge is a bonus, not a must).
• Eligibility to work in Australia, with a current Working with Children Check and Police Check
