Role Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner at Herbal Hub, your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with their healthcare needs. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-person and telehealth consultations with patients dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, and other conditions approved by the TGA.
• Prescribing and managing medical cannabis treatment plans.
• Keeping thorough and accurate clinical documentation in patient medical records.
• Fostering a welcoming and non-judgmental environment during patient consultations.
• Showing enthusiasm for learning and engaging deeply with the medical cannabis field.

About You

• Must have valid and unrestricted registration as Nurse Practitioner in Australia.
• AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication.
• Medicare Provider Number to claim, refer and request services.
• A strong desire to learn about medicinal cannabis (prior knowledge not required).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with all stakeholders.
• A dedicated and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Openness to learning and growing with the company, including working at multiple locations as we expand.
