Smart Listing Real Estate is on the lookout for a talented Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to support our high-energy Sales Executives. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts—handling everything from property promotions and social media strategies to brand management and administrative support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing materials, including organizing photographers, copywriters, and floor planners to ensure timely and high-quality property listings.
  • Develop and refine marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Prepare Open for Inspection (OFI) packs and manage marketing collateral, such as Just Listed/Auction/Sold letters.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, ensuring their seamless success.
  • Manage social media content and campaigns, analyze performance, and generate reports.
  • Design and implement targeted advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms to attract buyers and sellers. Continuously optimize performance.
  • Keep our website updated with property listings, blog posts, and engaging content, ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed on market trends.
  • Provide general administrative support ( organisation of settlement, management of deposits, etc.) as needed.

About You

We’re looking for a marketing-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and excels at multitasking.

✅ Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in real estate marketing or a similar support role.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin (preferred).
  • Exceptional time management & organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising.
  • Tech-savvy with solid administrative and computer literacy skills.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
