About Us

At Supavest, we are redefining property investment by making it more accessible, strategic, and rewarding. Our mission is to empower 100,000 Australians to build wealth through innovative property solutions that open doors to new opportunities in an untapped market.

We offer two key investment solutions:

  • TIC (Tenants in Common) Solution – Providing investors with fractional ownership in high-yield properties, allowing them to enter the real estate market with lower capital while earning strong monthly returns.
  • OCP (One Contract Property) Solution – Enabling investors to build property using their super through a structured and compliant approach, making property development within a self-managed super fund (SMSF) seamless and efficient.

Our solutions not only help individuals grow their wealth but also allow businesses to expand into structured property investment, creating new revenue streams and leveraging untapped opportunities in the market.

At Supavest, we are committed to driving financial growth, simplifying property ownership, and delivering investment solutions that work for the future.
