Stream Healthcare is recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Services (Early Intervention) Manager for an exciting new position based in Sydney's Inner West.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
You will be at the forefront of delivering top-tier therapeutic services to children aged 0-9, championing best practices in early childhood intervention. You’ll lead and inspire a talented, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional early intervention, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, while achieving billable hours. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Management Team, you’ll set the standard by actively engaging in hands-on service delivery, working alongside your team and directly contributing to billable hours each week. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference while leading a passionate, collaborative team dedicated to changing the lives of children and their families!
LOCATION:
- Inner Western Sydney (ON SITE POSITION)
THE BENEFITS:
- Salary range of $110,000-$130,000K + super + benefits (depending on experience).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Full AHPRA registration or Full SPA registration
- Proven experience managing the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clinical services, including financial, operational, and reporting responsibilities.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health Discipline.
- A minimum of five years as a clinician, with experience working with children aged 0–9 years (Ideally Preferred)
- Professional registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- A current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with the NDIS.
- Demonstrated expertise in current best practices in early childhood development, wellbeing, family-centred practice, and early intervention.
- Advanced IT skills, including experience with practice software systems.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
