Located in the beautiful region of Mt Gambier, SA – a specialist company experiencing steady growth and client expansion is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their dedicated team. Your Role
As the Junior Project Manager, you may have come from a site-side position or have relevant industry qualifications such as Architecture or Construction. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects safely, on time and on budget, whilst achieving total customer satisfaction. This will include working with the sales team, project coordinators, project managers and installers to resolving any technical queries. Your daily duties will involve;

• Review project reports and job information for the purpose of confirming compliant designs, materials and safe methods of project delivery
• Confirm and check bill of items for all projects, to confirm correct product types and quantities are selected
• Review project budgets to ensure costs are minimised and profit margin is optimised
• Collaborate with directors and other team members to achieve ideal results
• Complete drawings, sufficient for project delivery / completion, to clearly understand what is required to achieve compliance
• Review and report to the Project Directors where necessary and ensure that deadlines, costings and potential delays are managed with urgency

Other Details
The position is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours contact due to the nature of the industry. You will be required to travel on a monthly cycle to client sites across SA, VIC, NSW, QLD. Remuneration guide is $110 – 120K + Super + Vehicle, with significant career growth opportunities.

About You

• You have relevant industry experience in either Building, Construction, Architecture or Project Management
• You may be a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Junior Architect or Project Manager ready to launch
• You are looking to grow in your career and be mentored by some of the industry’s best Directors
• You have excellent technical skills across relevant industries
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various client
• You have advanced MS 365 and relevant software skills
