The Role:

As a Mortgage Broker with Dashdot Finance, you will play a key role in helping property investors scale their portfolios through tailored lending solutions.

With a steady flow of high-quality leads provided by Dashdot, your primary goal is to convert these leads into settlements by offering expert financial solutions—without the need for cold calling or lead generation.

You will focus on complex lending scenarios, particularly SMSF loans, equity-based lending, and portfolio finance, ensuring clients secure the most effective funding for their investment strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with motivated investors looking to expand their portfolios.
• Negotiating optimal loan structures with a focus on wealth-building.
• Deliver 40–60 high quality client meetings per month, with a 40%+ conversion rate​.
• Annual settlements of $40,000,000-$120,000,000
• Collaborating with our property team to align financing with long-term investment goals.
• Leveraging AI-driven insights to streamline decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with ASIC, NCCP, and industry standards.
• Deliver outstanding client service, focusing on long-term success.

• Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of mortgage broking experience (required)
• Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking, plus MFAA/FBAA accreditation (required)
• Expertise in investment lending, corporate/trust borrowers and SMSF – Complex loan structuring is your strength
• A proactive, hunter mindset – You know how to drive deals to settlement.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills – You can confidently liaise with lenders to secure the best outcomes.
• Tech-savvy & analytical – Comfortable using CRM & loan application platforms like Salestrekker, MyCRM, Apply Online​.
