About you:

• Strong experience in metal roof work - qualification preferred but not essential
• Experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work
• Safety knowledge and attention to detail
• Leadership ability
• Ability to teach and train
• Willing to complete national police check, medical check, and drug and alcohol tests
• Positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities include:

• Lead our team on our projects to achieve successful project completion in expected timelines
• Ensure safety of the team and project
• Act as point of contact with client
• Inspect roofs for leaks and damage
• Repair and replace flashings, box gutters, fixings etc. to prevent leaks
• Apply membranes to prevent water penetrations
• Clean roofs for leak prevention
• Procuring and preparing materials as needed

Vehicles to be provided to suitably skilled and qualified candidates in line with R&BS Policy, once police check, medical check, and drug and alcohol tests are complete.
