This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to manage complex group consolidations. Your success will come from your ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly management reporting – consolidation, analysis, and executive-level commentary.
• Provide strategic insights – drive benchmarking, reporting improvements, and business performance analysis.
• Manage bank covenant reporting – quarterly, half-yearly, and annually.
• Drive budgeting & forecasting – ensure financial plans align with business strategy.
• Oversee tax compliance – including FBT, BAS, R&D claims, and payroll tax.
• Support statutory reporting – assist with year-end accounts and audit preparation.
• Advise on technical accounting matters – provide expertise across the business.
• Contribute to commercial projects – including due diligence, financing for capital acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.

About You:

• CA qualified, with a Big 4 or top-tier audit background.
• Strong experience in financial statement preparation & group consolidations – ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker who can translate numbers into business insights.
