Your new company

Our client is a national supplier of essential products for the kitchen and cabinetry industries with a small branch here in Canberra. They are looking for an experienced storeman with a forklift ticket to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis with a view to a full-time permanent position.

Your new role

At a fork in the road? Your new role will have you responsible for:

• Liaising with customers and assisting them with their enquiries.
• Picking and packing orders in the warehouse as well as organising them for dispatch.
• Operating a forklift.
• Utilising a POS system for walk-in customers.
• Adhering to OHS procedures and policies.

What you'll need to succeed

Do you have what it takes? To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Experience in customer service and building relationships
• A forklift licence is essential.
• You must have strong computer skills.
• You must be able to take constructive criticism.

What you'll get in return

• An annual salary of $60,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) + Superannuation
• A full-time permanent with a national wholesaler of construction products with a view to full-time permanency.
