Key Responsibilities
As our Operations Administrator, you’ll keep everything running smoothly:
- Conduct monthly stocktakes 📦 across all stores.
- Perform store inspections 🏢 to maintain standards and identify improvements.
- Evaluate store staff performance 👥 and provide valuable feedback.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports 📊 to management.
Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in stock control and operations management.
- Strong organisational skills 📋 and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Notion or ClickUp.
- Fluency in Mandarin and excellent English communication skills.
- A sharp eye for detail 🔍 and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
