The Delivery Optimisation Lead supports the Manager in the execution of multi-billion dollar delivery programs.

• Ensure compliance with all governance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project timelines, core data inputs, and milestones.
• Influence, monitor and support the BAU teams to ensure updated project and maintenance work demand and pipeline are captured and scheduled in a timely manner, in line with BAU standard process.
• Identify and implement process improvements driving efficiency and cost savings / process optimisation.
• Contribute to and support BU reporting requirements and track required work program performance metrics.
• Support risk management and cost control initiatives.
