About You

• Proven experience in a leadership role in Early Education
• Holds a Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA recognised equivalent
• Current paid WWCC or VIT registration if an Early Childhood Teacher
• Demonstrate your understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS and how you have utilised this knowledge in practice
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Capability and passion to build positive and strong relationships with the children, families, staff and key local community groups

About the Role

• Support the Centre Manager and the team
• Additionally, provide administrative support to the CM in relation to rostering, email management, CCS and general operations of the centre
• Grow occupancy and increase enrolments with the assistance of Head Office enrolments team
• Engage with families, community and external stakeholders
• Organise, coordinate events and manage the Centre’s social media
• Ensure the centre is maintaining high levels of health, safety, compliance, documentation and reporting standards
