About the role

Mathnasium Rouse Hill is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Centre Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our math learning centre, work with students, parents and manage a team of Instructors at our centre in Rouse Hill.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre
• Successfully sell the Mathnasium program, build relationships with parents, and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the Centre Director to develop and implement engaging learning plans and teaching strategies
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular feedback to parents and the Centre Director
• Maintaining a positive, welcoming, and organised learning environment
• Supporting the training and supervision of tutoring staff as needed

What we're looking for

• Experience with sales and marketing is highly desirable
• Must be extremely passionate about teaching and interacting with students and parents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the centre
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other staff
• Strong mathematics skills through primary and secondary levels
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
