About the role:

The Contract Administrator's role is critical in providing support operations and project teams in the successful delivery of projects. The Contract Administrator engages with internal and external stakeholders with the aim of providing high-quality interactions and service.

Your duties will include the following:

  • Support others in facilitating contract reviews and contract quality audits to minimise business risk and maximise performance
  • Support the Office Manager and Senior Project Staff in the management of business teams.
  • Liaise with project managers with fee proposals, fee variations and tenders.
  • Project forecasting - Coordinate and input forecast markups from team leaders into RBG project management system and create forecast reports
  • Assist teams in implementing budget & forward revenue forecasting processes. Support with liaising with third-party auditors when required
  • Provide other general administrative support to the Operations Manager and Senior Project Staff as required.
  • Support team members to advocate compliance with RBG project management practices. Proactively seek opportunities to improve the Commercial and Operations processes
  • Control and maintenance of the filing of documents and data associated with responsibilities.
  • Comply with all RBG Health & Safety (H&S) policies and procedures. To be successful, you will have:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills/literacy.
  • Experience in similar commercial administration roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business when required.
  • Ability to exercise judgment, set priorities, and schedule work to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment. Ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take direction, and work as part of a team.
