BEAR Earthmoving is a growing business seeking the right Salesperson to help drive our expansion in rural driveway and hardstand projects. We are also looking to expand into smaller-scale civil contracts, creating further opportunities for business growth. About the Role:

The primary focus of this role is selling rural driveways and hardstand projects using various materials such as road base, recycled asphalt (RAP), new asphalt, and concrete. Responsibilities include:

Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Providing quotes and pricing based on site conditions and material choices.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and contractors.

Managing the sales process from inquiry to project handover.

Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.

Identifying opportunities for expansion into smaller-scale civil contracts and helping drive this growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience (preferably in construction, earthmoving, or related fields).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to grow business opportunities.

Willingness to learn about pricing and project requirements during the training period.

Car license required (company car + phone provided for the right applicant).
