About the role
This position is available on a full time, maximum term contract for parental leave cover until late October/early November 2025.
Reporting to the MPPM Operations Manager, the Scheduling Officer plays a key role in the delivery of planned and responsive maintenance works ensuring our properties are fit for purpose and meet the Home in Place asset standards. To be successful in this role, you will possess well-rounded technical skills to produce efficient and accurate work on a day to day basis including:
- Ensuring maintenance activities are planned and scheduled in line with relevant time frames
- Allocating works for internal trades and subcontractors, including performance monitoring
- Reviewing job costings, invoices and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Processing job variations
- Issuing invoices on completion of jobs
About You
- Previous experience in scheduling trades is desirable
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex and high-volume environment
- Excellent prioritisation, time management and resource allocation abilities
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
