We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our friendly Accounts Department for a part time permanent position that may eventually have the opportunity to expand into a full time role for the right individual due to business expansion.

What you will be responsible for…

• Reconciling accounts receivable to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for
• Following up and collecting unpaid customer invoices via phone and email communication
• Maintaining Debtors Reports
• Processing refunds and credits
• Bank Reconciliation
• Liaising with Operations and State Managers
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties, moderate month end procedures and management reporting tasks as required.

To be successful you will have...

• At least 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting System and Google Suite highly regarded but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• The ability to contribute to a positive team environment
• Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
