About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to support financial advisers in delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll play a key role in coordinating client interactions, managing compliance requirements, and ensuring seamless administration of financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Advisers to prepare advice and supporting documentation
• Manage Adviser schedules, ensuring appointments and tasks are well-organized
• Coordinate the efficient implementation of financial strategies
• Oversee client reporting and annual compliance requirements
• Liaise with third parties such as super funds, Centrelink, and fund managers
• Process client fund transfers, withdrawals, and deposits
• Conduct file audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Foster a culture of compliance and best practice within the firm

About You:

• Experience using XPLAN is highly regarded
• Passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives through financial services
• Proven experience delivering exceptional client service, ideally in financial services, professional services or superannuation
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and solving problems under pressure
