For over 20 years Pegasus Healthcare has been a leader in pressure injury prevention in Australia. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to work as a Service Technician in a vibrant and growing company based in the Melbourne Bayside area. The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Part or fully completed tertiary qualification; or have an electronic/mechanical background
• Be enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and also be able work autonomously, when required
• Current driver's licence

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Servicing, repair and installation of specialized medical devices.
• Conducting off-site repairs of client equipment, as required
• Handling customers service inquiries
• Responsibility for maintaining client service agreements
• Responsibility for record keeping
• Responsibility for quoting, invoicing and performing regular stock takes

Working hours: 8.30 to 5pm, 2-4 days a week.
