For over 20 years Pegasus Healthcare has been a leader in pressure injury prevention in Australia. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to work as a Service Technician in a vibrant and growing company based in the Melbourne Bayside area. The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Part or fully completed tertiary qualification; or have an electronic/mechanical background
- Be enthusiastic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Highly motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and also be able work autonomously, when required
- Current driver's licence
Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Servicing, repair and installation of specialized medical devices.
- Conducting off-site repairs of client equipment, as required
- Handling customers service inquiries
- Responsibility for maintaining client service agreements
- Responsibility for record keeping
- Responsibility for quoting, invoicing and performing regular stock takes
Working hours: 8.30 to 5pm, 2-4 days a week.
