Hub Switch has been established for 15 plus years in the NBN field. We've done HFC roll out and now doing Fiber work for NBN. We're currently looking for staff to help rod and rope NBN conduits. Also, hauling cable. We would like someone that can be left on their own to work in a small team and has a driver's license. Successful candidate's will be give a Hiace van to be driving around in time after probation period. Will need your own car to get to site during this period. Pay per hour may increase depending on skill set.

Qualifications & experience

• White card
• Traffic control (would be handy)
• NBN Enable
• Working in confined space. (would be handy)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Driving to site
• Assessment of drawings (very basic)
• Using a fiber glass rodder to rod sections of conduits in the ground. Through Telstra and NBN pits.
• Hauling fiber cable through pits and buildings.
• Working with other staff
• Ability to use your own phone to take pictures on a daily basis and upload to a website.
