As a Professional Barber, you will provide top-tier grooming services to our clients in a welcoming and professional environment. Your main responsibility will be delivering excellent haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s unique style and preferences. La Familia operates on a by-appointment basis, which ensures a high level of care is provided to our loyal clients. Employees will be expected to maintain the highest level of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and shaves
• Offer professional grooming advice to clients based on their preferences and facial features
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through outstanding service
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
• Stay updated on the latest trends, styles, and barbering techniques
