About the role

Rusty Reeves Barber Co. in Nambour, Queensland is seeking a full-time Qualified Barber to join our team. As a Qualified Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, shaving and grooming services to our loyal customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Providing professional and personalised barbering services to male clients, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims and other grooming treatments
• Ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Offering advice and recommendations to customers on hair and grooming products and services
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in barbering or hairdressing
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a qualified Barber
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Passion for the barbering industry and a desire to stay up-to-date with latest trends and techniques

We are offering above award remuneration to suitably skilled barbers and also have an achievable productivity bonus.

Rusty Reeves Barber Co. is offering full-time, part-time and/or casual hours.

We are open for trade Tuesday - Friday (9a-5p) and Saturday (8a-5p). Closed public holidays.
