• $35 to $40 per hour (subject to relevant exp)

About The Role

Supporting the principal of the firm you will:

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
• Onboard clients.
• Prepare and format correspondence and documents.
• Maintain and update client information.
• Input and update PEXA workspaces
• Input and update Duties Online.
• Attend to E-filing.
• Manage files.

About You

• You MUST have previous experience in a law firm ideally working in property /conveyancing.
• Tech savvy, you MUST have experience using legal software in a professional setting, including LEAP, PEXA and Duties Online.
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Highly organised with good time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
