About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a small business owner in the property maintenance sector. Youโll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, from admin and scheduling to trade management and reporting.
What Youโll Be Doing:

Administrative support โ Keep operations efficient and organised
โ
Trade management โ Schedule and liaise with contractors
โ
Data entry & reporting โ Stay on top of business records
โ
Collaboration โ Work directly with the owner to drive business success
โ
Software use โ Xero & Microsoft Office (experience preferred)
What Weโre Looking For:
Organised & proactive โ You love getting things done efficiently
Autonomous & self-motivated โ You take ownership of tasks and problem-solve independently
Great communicator โ You can manage stakeholders and keep things running smoothly
Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office, and trade coordination (preferred but not essential)
