About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with a small business owner in the property maintenance sector. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, from admin and scheduling to trade management and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Administrative support – Keep operations efficient and organised
✅ Trade management – Schedule and liaise with contractors
✅ Data entry & reporting – Stay on top of business records
✅ Collaboration – Work directly with the owner to drive business success
✅ Software use – Xero & Microsoft Office (experience preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

Organised & proactive – You love getting things done efficiently
Autonomous & self-motivated – You take ownership of tasks and problem-solve independently
Great communicator – You can manage stakeholders and keep things running smoothly
Experience with Xero, Microsoft Office, and trade coordination (preferred but not essential)
