Grange Physiotherapy has serviced the local Rockingham community for over 20 years and our team is growing! We are looking for a passionate and team-focused physiotherapist who is ready to hit the ground running from day one!

You'll join our friendly team of Physios, remedial massage therapist, and reception team in our well appointed clinic that boasts two fully equipped gyms!

WHAT WE NEED

We are on the look out for a new physiotherapist to join our team at Grange Physiotherapy. As a successful new graduate or experience physiotherapist, you'll receive ongoing mentoring and support, clinical education and 1:1 professional and managerial guidance so you can grow and best manage your physiotherapy career pathways. We are looking for people with a go-getting attitude, a drive to hit the ground running and someone who wants to be a part of a collaborative and supportive team.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An Australian physiotherapy degree
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• AHPRA registration
• Professional Indemnity Insurance
• Satisfactory criminal record and Working With Children check
• A passion for helping a diverse range of clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Initiative and resourcefulness
• An openness to being part of a close-knit team, and help to add to the positive work culture

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute and execute new ideas to the clinic
• Grow and manage a mixed MSK caseload of private patients, insurance, EPC and workers' compensation cases
• Have a knowledge and an interest in providing a high quality service to clients and referrers
• Work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Receive and give regular feedback
• Communicate and report effectively to GPs, referrers and other clinical staff
• Option for running Clinical Pilates classes in addition to a regular musculoskeletal caseload (training in this field is available)
