About the Role:

This role boasts a small portfolio of only 150 properties

This agency refuses to compromise on service, which is why your portfolio will never exceed 200 properties. This role has become available to reduce workloads across the team and maintain their exceptional service standards. With long-term staff who know the portfolio history, help is always available when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and maintain high service standards.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Deliver timely, accurate reports to landlords.
• Resolve issues proactively to avoid escalation to NCAT.
• Overflow of leasing 1 in 4-6 Saturdays

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or 2+ years as an Assistant Property Manager.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a professional environment.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
