Responsibilities

• Speaking with warm, inbound leads over the phone (no cold calling)
• Making patients feel comfortable as they share their stories and guiding them to our clients' dental practices for appropriate care
• Providing top-tier patient care throughout the entire pre-appointment process
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy
• Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality
• Delivering an elite level of customer service and professionalism
