The details…

Here at our Ferntree Gully head office depot we are looking to welcome a positive, energetic team member to our fun and welcoming afternoon Production Team.

Our afternoon/night team operates on a Sunday to Thursday roster with shifts available from 2pm to 7pm. Work 3-5 shifts per week with a minimum shift length of 3 hours, with some flexibility available to support work-life balance. Longer shifts will be available to those showing commitment and reliability.

You have a strong understanding of correct food handling procedures with a 'Safety First' approach always, the ability to learn quickly and work independently, while being a dedicated team player.

Please note payrate listed is for an adult 21+ years old and will be less for younger applicants.

The role involves...

• Line work
• Cooking
• Labelling and packaging
• Machine operation
• Gofer/runner
• Loading products to input conveyor (flow wrapper)

The role requirements…

To be successful in the role, you can offer the following;

• Competently (and without assistance) lift 15 - 25kg frequently
• Work in a cool room environment (below 5 degrees)
• A strong ‘can do’ attitude and team player mindset
• The ability to work under pressure, and unsupervised
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, twisting, stretching and reaching forward frequently
• Numerical skills
• Perform repetitive work while adhering to quality and safety standards
• Using equipment and tools, as well as operating machinery for preparation and processing (able to operate or exposure to packing machinery an advantage)
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
• Reliable and available to work a minimum 3-5 shifts per week between the hours of 2pm - 7pm
• Great communication
