We currently have an opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our clients team in WA. This is a great opportunity to join a trusted client working on a Dewatering & Bore Installation project on an FMG site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively apply risk identification, risk controls & safe work systems to all activities and tasks
• Ensure project construction methodology and project delivery plans are reviewed and implemented
• Manage site-based activities involving direct labour, subcontractors and materials to ensure all safety, quality and time requirements are met
• Report regularly to the Project Manager or Construction Superintendent on project performance and costs against company objectives
• Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Monitor Client feedback and incorporate process improvement initiatives into business planning and delivery
• Performance management of site personnel and escalate to the Senior Supervisor/Construction Superintendent when required
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, consultants and key stakeholders
• Drives the Project under your control to achieve objectives
• Coach, mentor and involvement with the daily project activities of your Leading Hand personnel

Essential Requirements

• S26
• White Card
• Current and valid driver's licence
• Minimum 5 years Supervisory expereince
• Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills
• Sound and proven ability and knowledge in construction and project execution
• Demonstrated safe delivery of work and commitment to ongoing safety improvement
