The opportunity
In your role as an Area Manager you will work alongside 10 Centre Directors and their teams, ensuring the best quality of education is being implemented at each service.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, be able to monitor and maintain financials as well as ensure legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly you will mentor centre directors and their teams to support and provide a very high quality of care for the children.

Who you will be
You will be have a Diploma with 2+ years experience in multi-site management, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. In addition, you will have a good understanding of the Qikkids program and a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies.
We are looking for a people person with a hands-on approach, strong business accumen and a passion for Early Childhood.
Suitable applicants must have:
- Diploma of Children Services
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Working With Vulnerable People Card
- Right to work in Australia
